A1. We use cosmetic ingredients that have been long researched and approved by scientists and governments EU & UAE.

Our formulations are created by certified cosmetic chemists and certified natural skincare formulators while all our products are freshly formulated to ensure all actives are at their highest potency.

Last but not least, THY SKIN is committed to honesty and transparency. Instead of spending money on misleading advertising and reducing product cost by using minimum necessary amount of active for marketing claims, we invest in our products!

We use the % actives that have been shown to deliver results as per scientific research available. Therefore, we heavily rely on you having a great experience and you sharing your experience with your friends and family!

A2. THY SKIN is not searching for new ingredients or re-inventing the wheel. We rely on new and old research that shows the efficiency of different substances.

That allows us to get an unbiased opinion on ingredient efficiency and we leverage that knowledge to create highly efficient products for you.

If we can't find information/research for a specific ingredient, we simply don't work with it.

A3. We believe in our core that customized skincare is the only way forward and it should be affordable for all!

Although we are doing our best to keep our prices honest, customization requires high intensity and high quality labor, which drives the price up. 

We decided to created our Fresh Line - Oasis Glow which is customized to tackle dry skin, irritation and redness in UAE whether!  Specifically OasisGlow attends to the hard tap water, the blasting AC we spend hours under and let's not mention what the humidity traps and it's all left on our skin.

OasisGlow Line allows anyone to protect and cater for their skin with fresh 100% natural ingredients and get visible results within 3 months!

A4. First of all, all products are formulated by certified cosmetic chemists and formulators. Meaning, they are trained to worked with cosmetic ingredients in a safe manner.

Secondly, THY SKIN is using the stricter guidelines for formulation which is EU guidelines along with UAE law. Meaning all our products are abiding by the limits set by EU safety research and publications.

All above ensures that the formulation is constructed in a safe manner and properly preserved to ensure safety.

Once the product is manufactured, it goes through 4 types of testing: Microbial, Yeast, Mold & Bacterial. Meaning, we ensure that when the product leaves our lab, it's free from all the above nasties.

Last but not least, our products expiry date is not 2 years like in the industry. We recommend our product to be used within 6-12 months. That's ensuring that they are used while fresh, properly preserved and safe to nurture your skin.

Not only we are unique but we are also not same as a year ago and so is our skin needs. Our skin changes with time and gets used to the skincare we use, making a regular rotation of skincare ingredients is mandatory to keep our skin glowing!

A7. Once we have agreed with you on your product ingredients after the consultation, we are consulting the latest research available to decide on the % of active ingredients to be use to achieve your results.

That allows us to finalize our formulation process, and move us to the creation of your product.

The creation of a product take around 2 days, once that's completed we keep the product for testing for Microbial, Yeast, Mold & Bacterial.

The testing period is around 7 days, adding up to 9 days for us to package and send your customized product.

Everything is made by hand and highest attention to detail to get you the best product for your unique skin!

A8. We comply with EU & UAE cosmetic regulations and do not test on animals.
