There are 2 ways to use it:

1. On the Go - With MakeUp Pad

• Pump 2-3 times onto your hands and gently apply to dry face and eyes.
• Massage gently until make up starts melting, add a couple of drops of water if mascara is waterproof.
• Soak pad in water and gently wipe your face to remove oil.

2. At-Home - Without MakeUp Pad

• Pump 2-3 times onto your hands and gently apply to dry face and eyes.
• The oils within will effectively dissolve makeup and impurities. 
• Massage gently until all make up melt.
• Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and watch oil turning to milk.
